Shares of SenseTime, China's most valuable AI startup, rose 23% in early trading, after the company raised $740M in its Hong Kong IPO at a $16.4B valuation  —  SenseTime Group (0020.HK) shares jumped as much as 23% from their initial public offering (IPO) price as they debuted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Thursday.
